One To Watch – Bleached

With only one full length release so far, ‘Ride Your Heart’, they are quite new on the scene however they do seem to have their style down. For the most part it is extremely catchy pop hooks with all the cool of lo-fi and the fuzz of psychedelic rock. ‘Next Stop’ and ‘Waiting By The Telephone’ are simplicity itself but retain an edginess that keeps them from being boring.

Bleached are also able to do both happy/carefree and angsty/bleak songs equally well, following one with the other almost seamlessly. They sound like the perfect band to see live in a small venue. Any further releases are well worth checking out.
