Ones To Watch At Horizon Festival 2016
Winter is slowly coming to an end in Europe, which means Horizon Festival is approaching. Taking place this year from 12th – 17th March, the ski festival in the Bulgarian Bansko mountains will be complete with underground raves, thermal pool parties and endless skiing. And, of course, there’s a huge line-up of dance acts from all around the world. Here are our top ones to watch at Horizon Festival 2016.
John Talabot
A meteoric rising star from Spain, John Talabot is one of the most promising acts in house music. His signature sound intertwines his many musical influences into effusive yet organic tracks that will make you want to dance all night.
Nina Kraviz
One of the most recognisable tickets in the line-up, Nina Kraviz is a Russian DJ, producer, and singer. Her signature sound of house and techno “with a very acidic feel” will be greater than life in a live performance. Stop by to catch the real queen of electronic music.
Mala
One half of dubstep production duo Digital Mystikz, South London’s very best, Mala, blends his eclectic musical influences into innovative electronic and dubstep tracks that can’t be heard from anywhere else.
KiNK
What would Horizon Festival be without KiNk? Returning from last year, this house producer hails from Sofia, Bulgaria and will capture the local electronic music scene better than anybody else. Tune into your festival spirit with one of house music’s most coveted producers.
Wyles & Simpson
This English electronic girl gang is a triple threat of captivating vocals, synth-slathered tunes, and live performance. With a 2014 debut LP under their belt, this dynamic duo will be taking on Horizon Festival by storm.
