Pacha , Sydney Hosts Defected in the House

Kicking off on Saturday 15th February, Pacha Sydney will be hosting a series of Defected in the House parties. American house legend MK and Simon Dunmore (Defected’s founder) will be featuring at the opening Pool Club day party.

Defected Records’ founder Simon Dunmore has a career spread through three decades and is also one of the most talented House DJs. To acknowledge is contribution to dance music in 2012 Dunmore received the Outstanding Achievement Award which, was presented to him at Pete Tong’s International Music Summit.

The early 1990 saw music revolutionised by MK with tracks such as ‘Always’ and ‘Burning’ and was able to create a unique style which, then set the style for that era’s house music. After the release of his UK number 3 reaching ‘Push the Feeling On’ which it went on to sell 3 million copies.
