Project Five Volume Five Open-Air Studio 2013

From 20th September – 20th October Project Five, the public art initiative, will return with free live art and music. Now in its fifth volume the month long exhibition will host events in the public art space ‘OPEN’ at Darling Quarter.

Staged by aMBUSH Gallery, Project Five Volume Five will showcase sixteen pieces of art that are huge in size and concept, from cutting-edge and renowned artists Jodee Knowles, RONE, NUMSKULL and ADNATE.

These contemporary artists will also be transforming the Village Green in Darlington Quarter into an open-air studio, painting live in front of thousands of art enthusiasts. Expect to hear the musical stylings of the Future Classic DJs whilst being amazed from 27th September. The works created during these events will also be auctioned to conclude Project Five, Volume Five.

Apart from strengthening the relationships between artists and the audience, the initiative and event will also be helping charity by using proceeds from the auction to fund the Information and Cultural Exchange’s digital arts program.
