A North Sydney Law firm has a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in a legal reception/administrative role. This firm pride themselves on delivering a professional and high quality service to their clients.
The Role:
This firm is seeking a junior or recent graduate to join their team as the first point of contact for clients and employees. In this position you will represent the firm and act as a host to numerous clients, maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellent service.
In this role, duties will include but not be limited to:
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Answering phone calls
- Arranging couriers and receiving service providers
- Ordering stationery
- Presentation of reception i.e ordering flowers etc.
- General administrative duties
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to a support role in professional services, and will be comfortable and eager to represent the firm as the first point of contact for all guests, but also to cater to the general administrative needs of the employees.
In addition to this, candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- 6 months professional administrative experience
- Corporate presentation
- Mature and confident communication
- A friendly and welcoming personality
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
