About the Role

An opportunity has come up for someone to join their team as a full-time Receptionist on an ongoing contract. In this role, you will be supporting the General Affairs team and be the face of the brand!

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination of reception area and ad-hoc duties
• Organising couriers
• Managing visitors and incoming calls
• Escalating complaints

Requirements

• 2-4 years reception experience
• Experience in managing high volume incoming calls
