IT Recruitment Consultant Required – Development Specialist – $70,000 + Super + 40% Comms

The Company
Established in Sydney 9 years ago they originally started as a pure IT recruitment firm but over time have diversified into other markets like Finance, Digital, Engineering & Construction, Blue Collar Trades. They have created an autonomous environment which suits experienced recruiters who just want to be free to build a desk without KPI’s, reporting or micromanagement.
The office used to be an old art gallery so it’s open planned, Banksy art on walls, pool table and X-box to help unwind. They also have showers as most head out to the gym during lunch. They also have a dress down policy in the office unless you’re meeting clients and candidates.
The Job
They run dual desks and trust the recruiter to be able to develop their market through various business development techniques.
They have a monthly commission structure, NO threshold and up to 40%, no rollover. They also have a number of other incentives and bonuses.
They are currently looking for an IT Development recruiter to come and join the team, you will be able to leverage off some of their existing client base but there is a need to bring in new business.
There are 5 in the IT team currently with 18 total staff, the two directors are still in billing mode also. They are able to sponsor recruiters from overseas as long as they have over 2 years recruitment experience.
