My client is a global recruitment agency specialising in recruitment across the building, construction and engineering sector. With offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane they are now looking for new consultants to come on-board!

 
The company are friendly, credible and extremely ethical – they don’t believe in bashing the phones and putting in place ridiculous KPIs – quality is everything to them – they would rather you make one phone call and get a decent outcome than making ten pointless calls – makes sense right!?
They are looking for an experienced recruiter to come on-board at the start of 2015 managing clients and roles within building/construction space and covering roles such as estimators, quantity surveyors, design managers, site managers, construction managers, contract administrators and project managers.
To be successful you MUST have experience in agency recruitment, preferably in a similar field and ideally you will have knowledge of construction/building services – but happy to train the right consultant. You must be confident and credible and be able to work in a relaxed non micro-managed office. You will be a team player and be open to learning and recruiting in a new style.
This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate, the manager of the Sydney branch is supportive, leads by example & is one of the biggest billers in the industry.
