The Company
The two Directors set up the business over 6 years ago and from there the business has grown from strength to strength. They focus purely on the Accounting & Finance industry at all levels across NSW and beyond and the Directors are very hands on and run successful desks themselves. They understand the need to promote the brand within the industry and sponsor events to increase their exposure.
They have a great team of mixed experience and have very little turnover. They don’t expect people to work long hours but to work hard in the designated hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm. They don’t have KPI’s apart from outcome and are not a company that believes in micro-management.
The Role
They are seeking someone who is either looking to get into recruitment and who come from a sales background, or someone with 6 – 12 months recruitment experience. The desk will focus on all Accounting & Finance temp / contract roles, at all salary levels, from clients you bring on board.
You will get one on one ongoing training from internal and external trainers as well as support from the team. The role will involve all aspects of the recruitment process including cold calling for new clients so you must be capable and confident to pick up the phone.
You
To be considered for the role you must have come from a 360 recruitment background or a business to business sales background. You must also be comfortable in working to targets and be financially motivated. You will ideally be Degree qualified
