Bower Healthcare has a constant need for experienced Registered Nurses for various contracts in regional and remote hospitals in locations around NSW.

From beautiful coastal areas to the stunning mountain ranges, with scenic agriculture and regional towns between, our client hospitals are always pleased to accommodate travelling nurses willing to help out on a short-term, contract basis.

Although most roles require extensive specialty skills such as ED, ICU and mental health, we do have general positions at larger facilities at times. Although these roles do not suit nurses arriving in the country wishing to start immediately (as there are a lot of compliance requirements to achieve, some of which need you to be on shore to fulfil) we can help keep you busy locally in Sydney while you wait for a suitable opening.

Essential requirements:
• Work rights in Australia
• A minimum of 24 months post-grad clinical experience in the area required
• Compliance with NSW Health’s vaccination policy
• Current AHPRA registration
• National Criminal History Record Check and NSW Working with Children Check

Contracts come with single room accommodation in nurses’ quarters or hospital rentals, travel expense reimbursement can be negotiated and a lump-sum bonus applies at the successful completion of the agreed terms.
