Registered Nurse (NDIS homecare)
- Work with one consumer, at his home
- Regular, on-going work
- 12 hour shifts
We are seeking a small team of experienced, mature-minded Registered Nurses to provide 24 hour care (on a 12 hour roster) for a gentleman in his own home. Living with complex special needs, this consumer requires understanding from a dedicated and loyal support team. He has a trachea in situ and is peg fed, daily support is assisted by an AIN on each shift. First year RN’s will be considered, but you need to have had exposure to patients with similar requirements.
Essential requirements:
AHPRA Registration
Previous experience working with patients with similar needs
Evidence of manual handling training
WWCC and NCHRC
Preference will be given to applicants who possess their own transport as public transport to the area is sketchy.
