Richy Ahmed Will Bring The Heat

Richy Ahmed, a key figure in UK’s thriving house music scene, is returning to Australia this summer for five dates.

Born in South Shields in the UK, Ahmed’s career took off after identifying himself as a key contributor to the Hot Creations record label. With other releases within the infamous Strictly Rhythm and Rinse Recordings family, his sound is one that succinctly fuses the 70’s sounds of disco and funk, with the techno/deep-house persuasions. This year saw Richy Ahmed play venues such as Paradise in Ibiza, and Berlin’s infamous Panorama bar. His recent release ‘Can’t Stop Us’ on his own record label Four Thirty Two is all the proof you need of his infectious musical stylings.
