Peakbound works with number of major banks and large financial service companies providing services including sales, customer service and product information. We currently require multiple Outbound Sales & Customer Service professionals to start immediately. To provide support and financial information to its customers, in our friendly and social call centre.

An ongoing temporary role based 10 minutes away from Central Station, Sydney. Peakbound offers weekly competitions, incentives and social happenings as well as an excellent hourly rate. This is an opportunity not to be missed!

Your duties will include:

– Making outbound calls and providing a high level of customer service
– Provide information relating to financial service enquiries
– Work to targets and KPIs
– Record accurate information and input data into our database
– Be past of a vibrant and energetic team who operate on the ‘work hard/play hard’ mentality

What we’re looking for:

– Ideally you will have a background in telephone based customer service/ sales or however face to face experience will also be considered.
– Strong customer service experience
– Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
– Ability to solve problems and resolve issues
– Basic IT skills
– Great team player
