About the company:

This Hays Construction partner is a leading player in the construction industry up and down the eastern seaboard. As their business grows they are looking to develop their already strong capability in heavy refurbishment projects in Sydney and are seeking an experienced project manager to join their business and help aid the development of this business.

Role requirements:

Your role will be multi-faceted and encompass all aspects of their business. Reporting directly to the construction manager, you will responsible for leading teams of experienced refurbishment professionals on projects up to $80million.

Skills required:

You’ve previously worked on and been part of large complex refurbishments or fitout projects as either a project manager or project engineer. Degree qualified, you understand construction and how these projects win and lose money and are both commercially and operationally driven.
