SHELLEY MINSON – GOOD NEWS BAD NEWS Good News Bad News is a new single from Tamworth based Singer / Songwriter and modern day Pin Up Gal – Shelley Minson. The song was co-written by Shelley along with her award-winning husband Lawrie Minson and Tamworth songwriter Paul Owen.
The song is a cheeky western swing tune about a man who is being given some good news and some bad news by his former lover.
Good News Bad News features a host of Australia’s top musicians with Hughey Curtis on fiddle and mandolin, Garry Steel on piano, James Gillard on upright bass, Dave ‘Stix’ Adams on drums, Brent Larkham on harmonies and of course Lawrie on guitar and pedal steel.
Good News Bad News is the first track to be released from Shelley’s second album which will be released in 2019.
