Shogun Audio Celebrates With Massive Australia And New Zealand Tour
Shogun Audio will see their 100th release ‘Shogun-100’ out on March 18th and they are gearing up to celebrate the milestone with a huge tour across Australia and New Zealand. The shows will feature Shogun heavyweights Rockwell, Technimatic and Joe Ford who will no doubt be ready to turn the base up down under.
Shogun Audio snapped up London’s Rockwell after releasing early tracks like ‘Underpass’ and ‘Reverse Engineering’. These early tracks were just a sneak peak of what was to come, with debut EP ‘Full Circle/ My War’ on Shogun tearing up clubs across the world and cementing him as one to watch. His attention to technicalities and sculpting sound designs is what makes his productions unique and exciting.
Technimatic uses inspiring baselines and emotion charged drum n bass to form their signature sound. The duo has received support from Friction, Annie Mac, Mistajam and Rob Da Bank, to name just a few. Add Joe Ford to the mix, a DJ currently changing the drum n bass game with his new wave of producers and you have one hell of a tour.
From March to June the label will be dishing out 4×4 track EP’s for those on the label roster, alongside special appearances from label associates and favourites. The Shogun-100 tour touches down in Australia and New Zealand on Saturday the 12th of March at Winnie Badges, Christchurch and will finish on Thursday the 24th of March at Villa, Perth. We can’t wait to see the bass unleashed on the Southern Hemisphere by these three talented DJ’s.
