Single Review: Bears With Guns – Taken For A Fool

You can’t deny that Sydney based Bears With Guns have got some degree of talent. Plus, their debut single, ‘Taken For A Fool’ has been impeccably produced by the multi ARIA Award-winning Wayne Connolly.

But the combination of the two hasn’t exactly amounted to anything memorable. It’s a bit of a slow burner that’s stuck together with the careful selection of some clichéd lyrics.

The group spent part of their early career busking, and that’s exactly how to describe this first meeting. You might throw them your loose change, but you’ll soon walk away.
