lobal icon and legendary hip hop superstar, Snoop Dogg follows his sold out Doggumentary Album Launch dates and two sold out UK headline festival appearances with a UK Arena tour this autumn. Fans will experience the ultimate Snoop Dogg show featuring special guests and all the hits spanning Snoop’s 19 year long career. Shows will take place at the Liverpool Echo Arena on Thursday 6th October 2011, The O2 Arena on Friday 7th October, Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff on the 8th October and Glasgow SECC on 9th October.

Snoop Dogg has remained a constant force in music since bursting in to our collective consciousness alongside famed producer Dr Dre on the 1992 classic, ‘The Chronic’. His debut album, ‘Doggystyle’ was the first debut album ever to enter the the American charts at Number 1. Over a career spanning nearly two decades Snoop has sold over 40 million albums worldwide, each of his eleven studio albums garnering a new generation of fans. Hugely revered by artists across the globe, he has collaborated with some of the biggest names in pop, most recently Katy Perry, Damon Albarn, Gorillaz, Kanye West and David Guetta making him a pop culture phenomenan.

s-32Snoop’s critically acclaimed 11th studio album, ‘Doggumentary’ has spawned his biggest UK single to date, the intoxicating track, ‘Sweat’ which is certified Gold and has sold nearly 500,000 copies in the UK alone. The single has also received the NMC Airplay Award for over 10,000 plays on UK radio. He released the bombastic follow up single, ‘Boom’ ft T Pain on Monday 18th July.

Last year The Dogg played a prestigious set at the 40th Anniversary Glastonbury festival and proved to be the biggest crowd-puller of the whole event with The Sun newspaper declaring him as the “undeniable highlight of the festival”. Recent live reviews have also proved exceptional with four star ratings cross the board.

“Snoop has managed, by way of a lovable persona and untouchable singles, to garner a new and growing popularity without losing his core support. No one left disappointed.” Independent ****

“Snoop Dogg is proof that one generation’s corrupter of morals is the next’s national treasure.” Guardian ****

With all eyes on the skinny Kingpin from Long Beach, it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to catch The Doggfather at his best.
