Soul II Soul Announce Australia & NZ Tour feat Jazzie B,Caron Wheeler and MC Chickaboo

This is exciting… 2 x Grammy Award winners Soul II Soul (Sound System) featuring Jazzie B, Caron Wheeler and MC Chickaboo will this February be playing their first ever combined tour of Australia and New Zealand!

Jazzie B & Soul II Soul exist as some of the most legendary pioneers in UK soul r’n’b music. Their career began way back in 1988 when the group first began attracting attention as a sound system, playing records at house and street parties, where their clothing and music style was dubbed ‘Funki Dred’. After more than 20 years, 2 Grammys, a string of number 1 hits including ‘Back To Life’ (However Do You Want Me) and multiple platinum records, Soul II Soul are finally heading down under to get up close and personal with their Australian & Kiwi fans.

Soul II Soul’s stellar stage show consists of an eclectic mix of rare groove, classic soul, house and reggae, with Jazzie B on turntables and keys accompanied by the amazing voices of Caron Wheeler and MC Chickaboo as they deliver the Soul II Soul classics in their unmistakable funki dred style.
