Sounds Like Summer are ready to bring a unique twist to New Year’s Day. Presented by Melbourne’s busiest promoters, Loud Entertainment and Cloud Nine, this is a party that has been years in the making.
For the first time ever, the Melbourne CBD will play host to a celebration like no other: On 1st January 2016, a section of the city on Bourke Street between King and Spencer Street will be blocked off for a huge street party unlike anything attempted before in the Melbourne CBD. The entire street in front of the iconic Royal Melbourne Hotel will be turned into a full blown street party with the inside of the venue set to be filled with 4 rooms of music. With a street party bubbling right outside its doors, featuring bars serving drinks, street food and plenty of places to chill out, it will be one of the more talked about NYD events in Melbourne. A special day needs a special guest and none other than Melbourne Bounce royalty, Will Sparks, will be gracing the main stage.
