WELCOME TO SPACE IBIZA FESTIVAL SYDNEY 2011
The time has come to announce the massive headliner for the already mouth watering line up of heavyweight DJs at the much anticipated return of Space Ibiza festival 2011….

A musical ambassador that has been synonymous with Space for nearly 10 years, who’s resident night at Space Ibiza won Best Club Night in Ibiza in 2006, who has brought such a diverse, underground, commercial and mixed bag of artists through the Space doors each week, every season… a man who has been voted the Best DJ in the World in the last 25 years (Mixmag UK), a man who is the pioneer of the Dance Music Scene we know and love today, who is responsible for the UK explosion of acid house more than 25 years ago, who has 4 million listeners on his Global Radio show making him one of the most influential and important broadcasters on the planet… You name it, he’s been there and done it; but he’s never lost sight of the point of it:
Playing music, breaking tunes, spreading love, celebrating life…
Ladies and Gentlemen… we are proud to announce the legendary CARL COX.

CARL COX joins a stellar, jam packed line up over 3 stages of spectacular underground, international talent from around the world, as we echo the true spirit of Space Ibiza right here in Sydney. With UK superstar DJ STEVE LAWLER crowned by Space as the King of the Terrace, as well as German DJ & Producer duo of Get Physical fame M.A.N.D.Y. and house heads fave 20:20 head honcho RALPH LAWSON.

As previously announced, this year we’ll be incorporating a brand new Drum n Bass arena, with the world’s finest DnB DJ’s ANDY C and HIGH CONTRAST at the head of the bill, with the House arenas playing host to legends FRANCOIS K, SEBASTIEN LEGER, DARREN EMERSON & DAVE SEAMAN, and a shot of Tech House from NICK CURLY & RALPH LAWSON… a line up and atmosphere rivalled only by the true Space in Ibiza…
