Speaking and Writing Sections to be explained in the TOEFL iBT® Workshop in Melbourne
For a lot of those who have taken the TOEFL iBT® test, they consider the Speaking and Writing questions to be the hardest part of the whole assessment. They see these portions of the test to be intimidating, which is why it would be great for them to learn how they can relax so as not to have a difficult time while in the midst of taking it.
Registered migration agents can learn a lot regarding how their clients will be tested on both the Speaking and Writing questions at a TOEFL Propell workshop, free of charge, which is going to take place on the 20th of September from 2:00 to 4:30 in the afternoon in Melbourne (CBD). This workshop is going to be led by Ms Cath Moore, a TOEFL expert and a consultant from ETS Global. Aside from these discussions, the workshop is also going to include the following:
A structure overview of the TOEFL iBT® test
A guideline or a review of how the Writing and Speaking sections of the TOEFL iBT® test is being scored.
Standard practice on how to answer the speaking and writing questions.
Various strategies when it comes to teaching and learning English for these sections of the TOEFL iBT® test.
Each individual who will participate in this event is going to receive a free workshop kit which will include activities that will be useful in building skills, sample questions and answers, as well as scoring guidelines.
An advance registration is needed in order for you to participate. You can send an email to Cath Moore at [email protected] so you can register.
