Splendour In The Grass Festival 2013

The Splendour in the Grass Festival will return to Byron Bay this July for their 13th annual art and music event.

Splendour makes it’s first visit to the new location at North Byron Parklands.

The line-up is made up of 77 names and attendance will be capped at 25,000 for 2013.

On Friday 26th July Mumford & Sons, TV on the Radio, Klaxons, Babyshambles and Architecture in Helskini are among those performing.

Saturday 27th will bring The National, Empire of the Sun, Bernard Fanning and Flume to the stage.

Frank Ocean, Of Monsters and Men and the Presets will conclude the three-day festival on Sunday 28th June.

After tickets went on sale last Thursday, the organisers announced the event was sold out after an hour.

Regular tickets were snapped up almost immediately and the premium Country Club tickets are now sold out too.

Showers, a concierge, a special bar, car parking and merchandise are offered with the Country Club VIP experience for $700 + ticket price.

If you still have your heart set on attending the festival, then this year’s resale facility will kick off on 5th June.
