Key Responsibilities
- Track Project Benefits and manage business efficiencies
- Ensure the stakeholders have a good view of program status through regular and proactive reporting
- Facilitate business & technology outcomes by strong program governance
- Identify & mitigate Risks & Issues
- Maintain master lessons learnt database & analyse key trends
- Ensure Change request progress is accurately recorded & tracked
- Plan, forecast and schedule activities and resources for the program
- Manage and optimise Program Assurance
Ideal Candidate Background
- Strong experience of working on PMOs for complex projects
- Extensive experience in Risk, Issue & Program Change
- Excellent MS Office & MS Project skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
