• Track Project Benefits and manage business efficiencies
• Ensure the stakeholders have a good view of program status through regular and proactive reporting
• Facilitate business & technology outcomes by strong program governance
• Identify & mitigate Risks & Issues
• Maintain master lessons learnt database & analyse key trends
• Ensure Change request progress is accurately recorded & tracked
• Plan, forecast and schedule activities and resources for the program
• Manage and optimise Program Assurance

Ideal Candidate Background

• Strong experience of working on PMOs for complex projects
• Extensive experience in Risk, Issue & Program Change
• Excellent MS Office & MS Project skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
