My client requires an experienced Business Analyst to analyse business requirements in order to deliver intended business outcomes for 2018.
You will combine your experience in relationship building and eliciting and analysing business requirements with a sound understanding of project management and software development lifecycles to achieve results.
Experience required:
- Excellent communication skills – build and maintain productive relationships with business and technical stakeholders
- Experience working in agile environments
- Working autonomously – lead small initiatives end-to-end as required
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements – leading the requirements discovery processes
- Composing compelling business cases
- Possessing strong process modelling skills
- Documenting and representing external user needs
Skills required:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- A record of achievement in eliciting requirements, acquiring subject matter and business process knowledge.
- Experience in working with stakeholders from various backgrounds and levels of seniority.
- Experience utilising various modelling techniques for requirements documentation.
- Experience in or understanding of ICT projects with specific regard to Software Development Life Cycles.
- A highly developed capability to deal with complex, ambiguous problems and the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting them.
