What does the role Entail?

• Liaising with business stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
• Analyse risks and opportunities support, run risk/issues workshops & Break projects into actionable timeframes
• Keep a tab on project progress & communicate the status to all parties involved.
• Partner the Project Manager in project administration, Governance eliminate roadblocks & prepare budgets
• Maintain JIRA board up to date & Follow on timesheets and reconciliation

Ideal Candidate background:

• Prior experience of working in a matrix environment in the capacity of a Project Coordinator/ Jr PM
• Assist with general project administration and governance, including updating action items, risks and issues, support with project status reports, and document management.
• Prior experience of attending program, project forums and meetings, taking minutes, compiling reports and distributing them.
• Strong Interpersonal and written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
