Responsibilities may include:

- Ensure accuracy and data integrity by cross checking information

- Liaise with global stakeholders to make corrections to the systems if required

- Proof reading of documents

- Overflow of admin support to the marketing/communications team
- Adhoc administration tasks
What you need for the role:

- Proven track record providing strong administrative support and a background in marketing/PR/communication

- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills

- Strong communication skills as will liaise with internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to work autonomously and excellent organisational skills

- Natural ability to investigate errors and resolve them

- Ability to learn new systems quickly
