The Company

The business has been operating in the Northern Sydney CBD area for over 12 year’s, billing over $1.2 Billion by the Directors of the business. They have been one of the market leaders in the area servicing some of the most prestigious properties with an average rent price of $1,200 per week. You will be working in a niche team of 5 who are local experts within sales, leasing and property management.

Duties:

Reporting to the Office Manager and Senior Property Manager your role will include:

• Working on a portfolio of 120 properties.
• Arrears management.
• Repairs and maintenance.
• Inspections
• Business development

Skills & Experience:

• Previous real estate experience with current Certificate of Registration
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge with REST or other property systems.
• Local to the Sydney area.

Training is provided, and you will be given a chance to work with some of Sydney’s most prestigious properties and experts to the local market. This is a Monday – Friday role only.
