Sydney Job Alert: Scrum Master

My federal government client is seeking multiple AGILE experienced scrum masters to assist with various works starting in the new year.Along with outstanding communication, stakeholder and relevant experience in leading large scale processes for various projects & programs.

To be successfull for this position will have:

• Minimum 5 years coaching Agile practice in large organisation and/or government department.
• Scrum Master certification
• Experience in leading Agile teams through Scrum processes on a large scale complex project and/or programme.

And ability to show:

• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
• Knowledge and understanding of project management frameworks and policies and the governance requirements of a major programme of work.
• Stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Industry qualification in Project Management
• Experience in Agile Project Management tools i.e. Jira/Grasshopper.

You must be able to transition to ADELAIDE for a January start.
You must hold Australian Citizenship
