Required experience:
- Posting of job advertisements & reviewing responses for a variety of internal positions
- Preparation of employment letters and contracts, and new starter documents
- Reference checks
- Phone screening & scheduling interviews for successful candidates
- Candidate Management including updating candidates on job applications & interview status
