Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Covering reception during breaks and during leave
• Ad hoc administration for the broader team
• Process invoices through internal systems
• Run errands such as buying food for the kitchen
• Keep the kitchen and break rooms clean

Your skills and experience:

• Customer service and administration experience preferred
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• High level of presentation and strong written and verbal communication
