Responsibilities may include:

• • Manipulation of data in MS Excel

• • Ensure accuracy and data integrity by cross checking information

• • Liaise with global stakeholders to make corrections to the systems if required

• • Proof reading of documents

• • Overflow of admin support to the marketing/communications team

• Adhoc administration tasks

What you need for the role:

• • Proven track record providing strong administrative support and a background in marketing/PR/communication

• • Intermediate to advanced MS office skills

• • Strong communication skills as will liaise with internal and external stakeholders

• • Ability to work autonomously and excellent organisational skills

• • Natural ability to investigate errors and resolve them

• • Ability to learn new systems quickly
