The Company & Role

This design agency is a leader in its field creating business solutions and developing unique brand identities for their clientele. There is now an opportunity for a professional and well-presented office manager/administrator to join the team. Your main focus will be to provide support to the wider team and ensure the smooth running of the agency. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
• Providing personal assistance to the MD and GM with coordination of travel arrangements, diary management and booking of conference calls
• Coordinating social events and meetings contributing to the social vibe and positive atmosphere within the office
• Document preparation including formatting and binding of presentations
• Maintain stationery and kitchen supplies
• Supporting the Financial Controller with adhoc administrative tasks
• Providing administrative support to the wider team including maintenance of client database, managing client briefs, proof reading flyers and brochures ​

To be successful in this role you will describe yourself as a confident and energetic individual who enjoys talking to people and building relationships. You will possess experience in a similar administrative focused role where you would have supported a senior member of staff. Your social nature coupled with your ability to be a proactive thinker and a team player will prove you are a success with this business. You will also have intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills with strong communication and a professional phone manner.
