Sydney Jobs: Senior Business Coordinator

Primary purpose of the role
Effect smooth functioning of the business by contributing to the management of all cross-functional issues such as safety, financial and HR management, business processes, reporting, strategic planning and organisational improvement.

Key accountabilities

Prepare complex correspondence, briefing notes and reports in relation to specific projects & initiatives

Coordinate & support the following based on the corporate strategies

• Business Planning Processes
• Draft strategies and plans for performance targets
• assurance and regular reporting for senior management.
• Planning, budgeting, reporting and control
• Procurement processes
• Office procedures, purchasing and records management

Prior experience in the following:

• Developing/ creating and managing business cases/ briefing notes / ministerial
• Analysis and reporting of financials
• Advanced written and verbal communications skills
• Advanced Microsoft suite experience – including Visio/ Excel
• Senior executive business support/administration experience
• Project management experience
• Previous Government experience an advantage
