Sydney’s Most Spectacular Land And Water Tour

Experience Sydney’s Land And Water Tour for an unforgettable adventure!

Enjoy an amazing day full of adventure in one of NSW’s most diverse and spectacular destinations, the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, located just 45 minutes from the Sydney CBD, by land and water.

One of the only untouched areas left in New South Wales, Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park is as beautiful as it is a bit of a mouthful to say. Deep within the park are hiking trails, rock art and waterways. You also visit West Head lookout, home to the only place where five separate waterways intersect.

As Australia’s second oldest national park, it’s home to more than 1,000 indigenous heritage sites, more than anywhere else in the world. Visit one of Australia’s most significant and sacred Aboriginal engraving sites, featuring more than a dozen unique rock engravings and discover other ancient Aboriginal Heritage Sites, only visible from the water.

A great way to explore is via the unique and special 3-hour boat cruise through the scenic waterways and untouched wilderness of Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park on board Sydney Out Back’s private 50 foot motor cruiser. The cruise includes a 2-hour Aboriginal cultural presentation including hands-on demonstrations of the didgeridoo, spears, woomera, fire making, and lots more.

The National Park has many stories to tell from escaped convicts to its important role it played in WWII. It was also home to the famous Skippy the Bush Kangaroo in the late 1960s. What might surprise you even more about Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park is that it’s so close to Sydney – just 25km away – but you feel a million miles from the busy city streets.
