T Williams visits Australia. You don’t often hear of an artist jumping between genre’s that are as far varying as grime and house – but that’s exactly what Tesfa Williams has done. Beginning his career as a fresh-faced 17 year old in the UK garage/grime scene, Williams went on to excel in the broken-beat niche, selling thousands of records under the alias Dread D.

Although he hasn’t abandoned his obscure beats completely (playing them in his set from time to time), today Williams is seeing very similar success in the land of 4/4. His productions are celebrated on a global scale with his Disclosure remix has clocking over 8 million Spotify plays and some more recent works of his already showing some very promising signs also.

On his return Down Under Williams will be beginning in Adelaide’s sweet-spot Sugar Friday August 17, Melbourne’s Revolver Upstairs August 18 and Perth’s Nevermind Small Club Sunday the 19th.
