people2people are looking to fill a permanent Team Coordinator job in Sydney.
This national professional services firm has carved several niche markets and are a leading name in their field. There is now an opportunity for a Team Coordinator to assist the department with administration and work closely with the Executive Assistant.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assist in all administrative duties including document preparation and reports
- Book domestic travel arrangements for the team
- Prepare expense reconciliation
- Coordinate meetings and event management including media conferences and political liaison
- Provide secretarial support for committee meetings
- Update and maintain CRM database
- Assist the EA to the GM with other ad hoc projects and duties when required
To be guaranteed an interview with this reputable organisation, you must have:
- Previous experience supporting a team as Team Assistant / Team Coordinator within a corporate environment
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, experience using a CRM database (will be an advantage)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Confident to liaise with people at all levels
