The Barber Shop, York Street

Clubhouse, Rosebery
Clubhouse will put the focus on native Australian plants for a cocktails and canapés degustation on Sunday 20th. Using native herbs and spices and local distillers including 666 Vodka, Westwinds Gin, The Melbourne Gin Company and Beenleigh Rum, you can enjoy four cocktails and matching canapés for $60pp from noon – 3pm.
Earl’s Juke Joint, Newtown
One of the most hidden bars in Sydney, Earl’s Juke Joint is inviting you to Bartender Blackjack with Michter’s Whiskey and Aviation Gin. On Sunday 20th, a representative from each will be sharing great stories, drinks and tastings for an afternoon to remember – if you can find it!
The Standard Bowl & Middlebar, Taylor Square
The niceties are left at the door for Sunday’s Bartender Bumfight: a battle between 20 bartenders from 10 teams around Australia to make 10 classic cocktails using just their heads. With no recipe to follow, the bartenders will be judged on their creations in a knockout tournament of style, taste and pizzazz. Request an invite at www.facebook.com/cocktailcowboys
The Lobo Plantation, Clarence Street
One of the most popular rum bars in the city, The Lobo Plantation will be showing guests what goes into their creations with The Diplomatico Rum Masterclass on Monday 21st.
