The Black Keys Album Streaming On iTunes
‘Turn Blue’ is the new album by The Black Keys now streaming on iTunes for you to listen to whenever you want. Nonesuch Records are releasing the album on 9th May via online streaming which is possibly the best news we’ve heard all day. The sooner we can access the ground-cracking tracks the better.
The album was created during the eventful summer of 2013 in lively Hollywood and was added to earlier this year in Nashville. Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney deliver some of the very best strums and vocal chords in their latest album. These Americans from Ohio are always on top of their game and have needed to push themselves even further after reaching international acclaim for ‘El Camino’ in 2011. Where do you go when you’ve reached the top? You push yourself even further and create a whole new level.
This is the duo’s eighth full length album and each time they’ve released an album the scales have been weighted higher in terms of precision and poignant lyrics. If the past albums are anything to judge by, then ‘Turn Blue’ will follow with a succession of definite hits. The album features 11 new and addictive tracks including the first single, ‘Fever’. At the 55th Grammy Awards, The Black Keys were given regal titles such as Best in Rock Performance, Best in Rock Song and Best in Rock Album. Apparently, they are simply the best.
