boomtown logoThe BoomTown Fair Returns In August 2013 With a very imaginative back story and history The BoomTown Fair is back from Thursday 8th – Sunday 11th August 2013.

Proud to be labelled ‘The UK’s maddest festival’ BoomTown returns for another summer with all sorts of weird and wonderful attractions in store. 2013’s edition is centred around Mayan themes with The Reggae Stage now housed permanently underneath a gargantuan Mayan Temple.

A small town created by a team of artists and craftsmen with eccentric sideshows, back alleys and winding streets it’s a true assault on the senses.
With only 1,000 visitors during its debut summer in 2009 crowds have grown exponentially and 2012’s BoomTown Fair was mobbed by over 28,000 revellers.

What has made it so successful is the fact there is nothing else like it on the festival circuit with the astonishing level of craftsmanship making this place a truly unique experience. Tickets have remained affordable and accessible for all but have started to sell out already so get in there quick!

A magic carpet ride will whisk you around BoomTown if you are too tired to explore on foot, this new feature costs just £10 for a weekend pass and allows stunning views of the BoomTown cityscape.

A massive, mental, musical celebration of Ska, Reggae, Dub, Swing and Punk, BoomTown is located on the Matterly Estate in Winchester.
Last year boasted some of the world’s most decorated artists with 2013 set to be even better. This year’s line-up has yet to be confirmed but tickets for tier 1,2&3 have already sold out!
