TheBreakThe Break and Dog Trumpet
AUSTRALIA’S newest supergroup The Break are getting together with Peter and Chris O’Doherty of Dog Trumpet for two very special Sydney events where both bands will feature music from their albums along with video backdrops, Reg Mombassa’s artwork, door prizes and a joint set!

Featuring Rob Hirst, Jim Moginie and Martin Rotsey of Midnight Oil and Brian Ritchie of US band Violent Femmes, The Break’s debut album has garnered rave reviews – it’s the most fun you will have without actually getting on a surfboard.

The creative forces from Mental as Anything, Pete O’Doherty and brother Chris form the foundation of Dog Trumpet, whose latest album, River of Flowers, assures the brothers their rightful place amongst Australia’s finest songwriters.

October 21: Milton Theatre
October 22: Notes, Newtown
October 23: Coogee Diggers Club
October 24: Lizottes, Newcastle (just The Break)
