The Gum Ball Festival 2013

The Gum Ball is unique weekend music and arts festival held at ‘Dashville,’ the Johnston family’s bushland estate located at Belford in the Hunter Valley New South Wales.

The gates open for the next 3 day festival on Anzac day, Thursday 25th April 2013.

Originally developed as a festival for discerning music peeps, it is now also recognised for providing the best in simple pleasures. The Gum Ball has grown its popularity and presence over eight years as an annual event. The weekend festival provides a taste of country living in a laid back, hassle free environment.

The Gum Ball has an enviable reputation for selecting some of Australia’s greatest established and emerging acts, often with a flavour from over the seas, each year providing a diverse musical programme for the ultimate live music experience.

The 2013 first announce line up is due for release by mid December. To lend an impression, some of the 160 odd performers that have graced The Gum Ball stage over the years include; CW Stoneking, The Vasco Era, Kora, Papa Vs Pretty, Regurgitator, Lanie Lane, Clairy Browne & The Bangin Rackettes, Jinja Safari, Ash Grunwald, Mat McHugh, Wagons and Custard to name very few.

Tickets go on sale for the much anticipated event on Thursday 22nd November! With the full line-up and further juicy information on the musical masterpiece being exposed on Sunday 16th December.
