::FOUND::

FOUND is London’s new home for deeper underground electronica this Autumn, launching a series of Friday night events devoted to the vast spectrum of genres unified by roots in pioneering bass music. From progressive dubstep, dub-techno, and UK house strands to 2-step, garage, four-to-the-floor and drum & bass, FOUND will connect the artists, labels and promoters at the forefront of underground British dance music across 13 carefully programmed events.

::THE LAUNCH::

This momentous Friday series opens with international producer and DJ, Justin Martin playing a very special 3 hour extended set! Signed to Claude Von Stroke’s infamous dirtybird label Justin has become globally renowned as a DJ of exceptional quality, ever present in his numerous compilation mixes for the likes of the prestigious Buzzin’ Fly label. He’s pushed house music further than ever before, carving a new bass influenced hybrid sound that’s taken him to festivals worldwide, seen remixes for the likes of Fool’s Gold and countless accolades such as a momentous BBC Radio 1 Essential mix. Now, Justin Martin officially opens FOUND.

Justin is joined by the forward-thinking Instra:Mental, the Autonomic and nonplus+ duo known for their beautifully crafted releases that sit somewhere between d&b, techno, electro and experimental hip-hop. Pushing this amalgamation of pioneers further, Deep Teknologi label head and UK house innovator, T.Williams, whose hypnotic incarnations of deep house, funky and dubstep are taking the underground by storm, after a string of remixes for the likes of Skream and Maya Jane Coles.

Support comes from rising star, Nightwave, whose bass-led releases across respected imprints Svetlana Industries, Seed and Slit Jokey have earned her quick notoriety. Meanwhile, Deadly Rhythm Soundsystem will be visiting a broad spectrum of bass derived sounds, reflecting the ethos behind their Deadly Rhythm night, one of London’s strongest promotions, residing at the cutting edge of the scene.

A1 Bassline’s Tighten Up Records fill another of Hidden’s three deep arches, with the man himself accompanied by label mates Kavsrave and Alfie as well as 2-step and garage era leaders, Dem 2, famed for seminal releases such as ‘Destiny
