The Pretty Littles Song Launch at The Espy – Friday 30th August 2013
After some travelling, some university-ing, and some asking friends for money to make new CD-ing, The Pretty Littles finally have a new song and album ready to roll!
2012 was a great but draining year for the Littles, with 113 gigs played. Their second EP – produced by Alex Markwell of Delta Riggs fame – was critically acclaimed which scored them some spins on Triple J, Triple J Unearthed, RRR, PBS, and snuck into the hitlist on SYN twice.
All this good news was made better with a sold out launch at Ding Dong. Following one final hurrah at The Tote in April (which was also sold out), the boys took four months off to soul search, make a new CD and make sure that they wanted to keep doing music. They did and they do.
‘Never Felt Worse’ is the first slice off the album – it’s a heavy track with a simple sentiment and The Pretty Littles are launching the single at the Espy Front Bar on Friday 30th August 2013. Entry is free and support comes from The Harlots, Neighbourhood Youth, Knitting For Gran & Major Leagues.
