With the likes of chart-topping cheeky-chappy Example, Household name Groove Armada, reggae-riddled rapper Wretch 32, sensory sensation DJ Yoda, Mr Goodtimes himself Norman Jay MBE and the guy who always has time for tea Mr Scruff already in the tea-bag for 2012, the world’s biggest and baddest show on snow just keeps getting better and better!

Take cover because shaking the snow off the trees for yet another amazing year will be the one, the only Fatboy Slim! Having smashed the forest party in 2010 and his smiley-faced glowstick-inducing set in the Racket Club in 2011, the Q award winning mighty Norman Cook is back! He enjoyed himself so much over the past couple of years that we have decided to give him his very own street party… The lucky duck! Our favourite turntable legend will be headlining a riotous rockafella skanked-up, gangster tripped-out open air, fancy dress street party! Theme coming soon so watch this space!

The Snowbombing drum roll couldn’t be more deafening as we proudly present DJ Shadow, the highly anticipated return of the master himself. With his new album The Less You Know the Better ready to hit our tiny little ears, Shadow’s set is one of the performances you will not want to miss. Since his first full length release way back in 2001 with album Endtroducing, Josh Davis has given us some biggest and best hip-hop tracks to date.

Make way for the biggest selling new band of 2011 The Vaccines! These punk-rockers are sure to be rocking around the clock and setting the mountain tops on fire with their blend of indie rock mix of 50s rock ‘n’ roll, ’60s garage and girl groups, ’70s punk, ’80s American hardcore, C86 and good pop music.

Also on battling for team bass will be heavyweight producer Labrinth, currently the UK’s most exciting artist; singing, song-writing and all-round music man… Huzzah!

Everybody Skream – if you wanna go faster at Snowbombing this year as we welcome back the bad boy of bass himself Ollie Skream Jones to shake rattle rattle and roll our bones!

(and that’s just the music; we’re now working on the extra’s; secret parties, fancy dress themes, random guest cult celebrities and an expansion of mountain stages)… Forget Halloween and Paranormal Activity 3 SB:12 is starting to scare even us. SPOOKY!

All artists will all be playing once-in-a-lifetime shows in the most awesome venues this side of Neptune; in huge igloos and alpine forests, on snowy plateaus and in medieval barns surrounded by the UK’s finest ambassadors of nonsense and bonkers. With mountains for a perimeter fence and of over 150 miles of powdery pistes to play on between bands!

As one of the largest and most highly regarded resorts in the world Mayrhofen gets completely taken over for a week long party of hedonistic adventure and extreme sport, the resort also boasts some of Europe’s most lavish spas so you can relax and enjoy the amazing spring sunshine and snowy mountains of one of Europe’s most snow-sure, late season resorts.
