Visit the Sunset market at Mindil Beach
The Sunset Market on Mindil Beach is the haunt of NT regulars and a cherished pit-stop where locals gather with friends and family to enjoy the after dark attractions. Mindil Beach offers a unique space that celebrates the diversity of cultures that Darwin has to offer. The market runs on Thursday and Sunday, beginning in April every year till October. Don’t forget to pack up your picnic blanket and make sure to spend some time at the various food, art and souvenir stalls set up along the beach.
Explore NT’s National Parks
The Top End’s national Parks are another reason why travelers are often encouraged to explore the wilds of this territory.
