This February At Robert Burns Hotel
It may not be the most Spanish sounding of names but Robert Burns Hotel has been serving up traditionally cooked Spanish food since the 1970’s. Spanish immigrant Urbano Gutierrez arrived in Melbourne with only his flair for cooking and quickly established a large following with locals astounded by the rich and diverse selection of seafood on offer.
Robert Burns is still run by Spaniards but Urbano Gutierrez is long gone, get down to this Smith Street favourite to enjoy wonderful Spanish cuisine, ice cold Spanish beer and sangria like there is no manana.
