Titty Twister Returns To Melbourne
Melbourne’s raciest pop-up party, Titty Twister, returns this Saturday for a night of Lost Boys themed antics that will include pyrotechnics, freak show and circus performers, burlesque striptease, go-go dancers, bands, DJs and more.
If you’re a fan of the cult eighties classic starring Kiefer Sutherland as the leader of a teenage gang of vampires who “sleep all day, party all night, never grow old, never die”; then you undoubtedly know where to head this weekend. Though if you like the sound of a raunchy, gritty, tequila-soaked party drenched with rock and roll swagger, then this is also for you.
Titty Twister promises all out debauchery with their conceptualised event that fuses alternative, grunge, punk and industrial sounds with a seductive showcase of contemporary and boundary-pushing performers.
Highlights will include Sydney booty rockers The Art and Melbourne sex punks The Mercy Kills performing live, Melbourne based aerialist, contortionist and showgirl Vicky Aisha, who will be bring her chains apparently; and fellow Melbourne native and performer Scarlett, who plans to re-enact scenes from The Lost Boys during her striptease show.
Previous Titty Twister events have been inspired by the likes of grindhouse horror From Dusk Til Dawn, a sexy roller disco and a raunchy rodeo with Mexican wrestling and a mechanic bull.
You’re most certainly not in for a quiet weekend if you head out to this one!
