Tone Deaf & Ding Dong Lounge Present- Yacht Club DJ’s NYE PartyTone Deaf & Ding Dong Lounge Present- Yacht Club DJ’s NYE Party With All The Colours & Tone Deaf and Ding Dong DJs!

Can’t decide how to bring in the New Year? We’ll make it easy for you then… with a clash of anthems, tracks that aren’t bound by genre, some skilful mixes and, a touch of carefully chosen edits to illustrate different unique tastes, which collide together to create one massive epic party atmosphere. Ding Dong Lounge & Tone Deaf present Australia’s favourite mash up duo, that’s right bringing in the first New Year at the newly renovated Ding Dong will be Ballarat’s Yacht Club DJs!

Hailing from regional Victoria, Yacht Club DJs have earned their reputation as Australia’s foremost mash-up act with their mixture of pop to metal and hip-hop, the country kids have come a long way from just playing at the local in Ballarat. The pair keep their fans close, by only releasing underground mixtapes, however the love spread fast helping them to sell out many of their national tours. The love has even spread to the festivals scene so they can share their sample smashing sets at festivals such as: Splendour In The Grass, Meredith Music Festival, Falls Festival, and most recently with the duo being invited personally to join Mumford & Son’s on their Gentlemen Of The Road tour.

Progressive-vintage electronic act All The Colours will be joining in bringing the New Year party too, lead by four J’s; Josh Moriarty, (Miami Horror), Josh Mann, Jono Toogood and, Joe Bramley, they all come together under the moniker All the Colours, with music to make girls dance. Their classic influences span from The Doors to Ennio Morricone and the failsafe classics off a Tarantino soundtrack! With their classic and timeless take on a broad range of their musical tastes that span between many different catalogues, it’s quite difficult to pin point actually where All the Colours sit… So, think 60s Motown dress sense akin to the Four Tops but with the swagger of Elvis and the guitar solo’s of Zeppelin, a kind of new music genre that can be inherently unapologetically fun, whilst still sophisticated. All The Colours are sure to leave you swinging like the 60s with a huge grin from ear to ear.
