Trainee Recruitment Consultant Job In Sydney

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role you will support our teams and develop recruitment administration and sales skills to help you develop your career in the Recruitment industry.

Initially you will be providing support to a senior consultant within the business, then move into a 360 recruitment position growing and establishing your own recruitment desk.

Your responsibilities will be:

Reviewing applications
Conduct phone screenings
Conduct interviews
Coordinating interviews and pre-employment checks
Reference checks
Job advertising

About you:

Degree qualified
Background in sales or retail preferred
Impeccable corporate presentation
Strong MS office skills
